Our online store accepts payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Amazon Pay and Klarna. You may select from these payment methods at the end of the order process. All payments will be remitted to Drop Srl, who manages the online sales operations of the Chiara Boni La Petite Robe online store.

At no time is able to accept directly or sent via email.

Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. No interest or fees. No impact to your credit score.

In case of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed for all amounts paid, including any shipping costs. Return charges will be deducted, as well as any customs charges for returns from outside the EU.

The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive in our warehouse and your return has been processed. Please note: If you paid by credit card, refunds can then take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank statement. Also, please be aware that the refund will appear in your statement under the name Chiara Boni - Drop Srl.

If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery: you need to register your return request online and post the items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Incomplete, damaged, used or modified items cannot be accepted.

Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging, including their box or bag.



Important: Each item must be returned in the exactly condition it was received, the organza bag packaging included, and presenting the security seal intact; in case of broken or missing device, the return will be considered as not acceptable and the product will be returned to the Customer.

The company is not liable for user misconduct and / or carelessness in filling in the return formats or for damages attributable to the courier and / or carrier that will be chosen at the user's discretion and cost.



In the case of returns of orders containing free products, these must also be returned. In case of a broken or missing free product, the return will be considered unacceptable and it will be returned to the Customer.



If you are a registered customer, complete the online return procedure by entering your account and clicking on "My orders". Click on the "Return product/s" button next to your order code and follow the instructions until your return has been correctly registered.


If you placed your order as a guest the return request can be submitted by filling the Return Form in the Returns section of our website (see section "How to request a return" for more details).



If your return does not comply with our Return Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.

You can return any product within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns must be shipped using the pre-paid return label provided by Chiara Boni upon filling the Return Form.

Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

The returns service is currently at customer charge, except where specifically specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Below the following cost:



- € 15 for Italy;

- € 30 for Europe;

- € 45 for United Kingdom, to be converted to local currency according to the expected exchange rate at the time of refund;

- CAD 90 for Canada;

- $60 for the United States;

- € 60 for Russia, to be converted into local currency according to the expected exchange rate at the time of reimbursement;

- € 60 for all other countries, to be converted to local currency according to the expected exchange rate at the time of reimbursement.



Your refund will be issued once the parcel has been received by our warehouse, the quality check has been carried our by the quality check department and the return has been processed

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.

In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, Chiara Boni La Petite Robe online store partners with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of the product(s) being shipped.



The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen.

Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.

In general, shipments in Italy are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of sending.

Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 2-5 working days, while to the extra EU Coutries 3-7 working days.

Inside the European Union
There are no additional custom fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.



Outside the European Union
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax. However, they may be subject to import taxes or customs duties that will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the sender of the package.
